The California roadtrip everyone always dreamed of ...
So we are off to see if these famous places measure up to the celluloid and video tape.
We'll fly to San Francisco Airport, then hire a car to drive down the California coast. Then turning inwards to the Mojave desert then there is Las Vegas, and back into California to Yosemite.
Then why stick to one country when you have another just next door. A week in Canada is the icing on the cake.
Finish the circle with a few days in San Francisco itself.

... be sure to bring a sweater. After the 40 degree heat of most of our stopping points, even in Canada, my system is shocked by the cold and penetrating mist of San Francisco bay I'm really glad I bought that California sweatshirt now because I have had to wear my fleece and this hoodie... |
