I'm Getting my wheels aligned at "Peel Tyre Service" in Mandurah in Prep for my 15,000Km + trip

This is the only place to go to get Tyres in Mandurah,

This should give me peace and mind that my wheels / tyres will keep me going while away..

So far this week I've installed my ICOM-440 5watt UHF CB for 10-4 big buddy, Purchased and installed Rubber floor mats all round (keepin it clean) Handbrake fixed and finally fixed a few little cosmetic issues with the car,

Only a few little things to install in the car and ill be ready to go..

Packing the car today ...
Theres a lot of stuff that needs to be crammed into that small space..

I've booked my first night in Southern Cross. Should get there by mid afternoon, I've got a bunch of Geocaching to do on the way so we shall see how i go.

I'm planning on leaving about 10am, After visiting the folks, and the Girlfriend, who on the 25th march is flying to meet me in Sydney, (yay)

Ill start uploading some pics soon, as well as updating my Facebook Group..

First Day on the Road @ Southern Cross, Australia

After packing the car nice and early, I left home and snuck into Cindy's house to give her some Goodbye Hugs..
After a teary goodbye, I ended up hitting the road about 11am, after quickly picking up some food at Woolies and a few extra supplies at the camping shop,

Lunch consisted of some awesome fruit at some half decent rest spot along the Great Eastern Highway,

When i hit Northam, My Geocache hat Went on and for the next 5 hours i visited and located 11 Geocaches,

Arrived at the Southern Cross Caravan park about 6:30, Quickly pitched the tent, Cooked some food (Pasta yum), Showered and now laying in bed trying to keep my eyes open,

Seriously looking forward to the 25th March when i get to see Cindy again <3

Southern Cross to Kalgoorlie @ Kalgoorlie, Australia

Was woken up at some stoopid o'clock thismorning by a Crow that decided to live on the edge by squawking at the top of its little lungs..

Had a awesome breakfast and packed up, Had to wait for the sun to evaporate the moisture on the outside of the tent so that et me back 30 mins or so, Still nice to be just sitting around watching the other people in the park stumble for their early morning toilet visits..

Took to the road about 7 and hit up a few caches in Southern Cross, Filled up with 71 Liters of Fuel at $1.410cpL (Same price as Mandurah) Bashed thru 16 caches on my way to Kalgoorlie, Arriving here about 2pm,

Stopped off at BullaBulling for a refreshing Icy drink and had a few quick words with Cindy <3

Arrived at the Discovery Caravan Park in Boulder about 2, Checked in, Then DTKOATP (google it), then went to see what all the hype about the SuperPit was..

Nothing but a big hole, With lots of teeny tiny trucks driving around making noise,

Smashed a few more Caches then went back to the campsite for dinner, a drink and to sit by the pool and log my Caches,,

Looks like its going to rain tonight, Cant wait !!
