Sept 27 Flight to Brisbane, Australia
The van is sweet! Plenty of storage, a tent out the back, DVD player, fridge, water jugs, all the utensils and cooking stuff supplied. The only thing about the van is it is bass ackwards! Gear shifter and wipers on the left, signal on the right… I have lost count of how many times the wipers go of instead of the turn signal. (This has vastly improved in the past week!)
We opted for a short drive while we (Marc-André) got used to left side of the road. We camped at the Coobera Show Grounds which happen to be a cattle auction market.
In the morning we organized our things in the van, decided on a driving route and hit the open road.
