Saturday was a full on day of cultural activities... We got up early and ate a breakfast of Roti Canni and coffee then headed out to Muzium Islam, Istana Batu and Padang Merdeka (Independence Square). After lunch at a local restaurant we visited the cultural center for a FREE performance of local drumming, top spinning and Batik making.
Quite possibly the funniest moment of my trip was when Nick's bed collapsed in the middle of the night - hilarious! Said goodbye to the boys on Sunday as they head to Langkawi and I caught a local bus South to Kuala Terengganu.
