Great thing was that the train got in 4 hours early meaning I had lots of time to wander around the very European influenced city of Kolkata. It had parks, traffic lights and even lane markings, not that anyone used them!
We walked around and visited Mother Teresa's house which was really interesting and displayed lots of information about her and her causes.
As it was our last night we went out for a slap up dinner at Marco Polo which was great fun and lovely food. I had to say my farewells to everyone as I had an early flight the next morning.
Its been a truly eye opening excperience in North India and I've enjoyed the company of super people who formed such a great group and made it really special. We've seen remarkable places, inspiring sights and very beautiful people. I'd highly recommend North India... but not for the faint hearted! ;-)
