of her time off the grid helping to get in firewood, garden, etc. on a
very rustic homestead run by two women. One of them is her sister, but it is very much an effort of community service as the land is part of a whole community of "wimmins' lands" in western Oregon. In late July, she'll leave there and head to Denver where she is participating in a workshop, performing in the reading of a new play, and attending a conference for teachers of theatre.
