Barcelona, Spain
Barcelona definitely has a different feel from the rest of Spain. They speak a different dialect, food preferences, street layouts, architecture, it's all distinctive. As cosmopolitan as they are, Catalonians don't recognize themselves as Spanish; they're replacing their bull fighting ring with an office tower.
