Back to Madrid just Mila and I. The drive there was spectacular, and we bought fresh melons on the way. We also played this game I call, "Would You Rather?" It helped the time go by, but it made Mila squirm in her seat from having to decide on an answer... committ-o-phobe.

Madrid was the last time I saw Mila for a few weeks; I was on my own for a bit afterwards.

Things didn't start out the way I hoped with my trains, which meant I was stuck in Madrid for the night (life is tough as a backpacker). But I sucked it up and consoled my sorrows with a night of partying until 7:30am.
