Journal

This is a fun city and everything we have is wet and covered in sand so we decided to take a day and get organized and see the site. Hi Rollie and Bob - yes we are having fun. Took pictures of 3 little boys have a wonderful time having a mud fight. Something they'll always remember. We walked to the Casino to find out about the bus line in to town. The City Bus took us to the library where I'm doing this updating and the Trolley line will take us to the Mississippi River Museum. We've been there before and it's absolutely wonderful. So it should be a fun day. We found out today that the park we're staying at was closed and completely under water a week ago, in fact all the campgounds were closed up and down the river because of flooding. We feel we are a little behind schedule but now I'm glad, there must have been a reason for it. The bus driver wrote us a note to give to his son who workes at the library so we would be able to use the computers since we're out of town. Everyone is so helpful it renews your faith in mankind. I'll try to add picture to some entries. Hope it work. Thanks everyone for all your comments. When we get tired it helps cheer us on. It makes you feel good to know some many people care. Hi to my cousins that I haven't seen for so long. I promise I'll be at the next family reunion and maybe I'll have a little slide show if you're interested. Hi to everyone back home - Norman & Printha and everybody at work. Hope things there are going ok too. That's all for now folks.
