The real trip started only the day after. We took night bus from Bangkok to border town called NongKhai, the travel itself was very comfortable and the fair was reasonable (about 20 USD per person).
In NongKhai we visited amazing park (Phra Chao Ong Tu) with all sorts of statues, from hindu and Thai culture, the attached pictures cannot transfer the magical atmosphere.
