| I´m new in this Forum and may be someone can help me. I walked along the via alpina this year and took the garmin oregon to notice the track. I can show the track on Google earth. But what I´m looking for would be the possibility to fly with google Earth along the track. Is there any functionality in Google Earth for this ? Thanks and best regards Dampf | ||

| Sure. Create a trip with TripTracker and then click on the View in Google Earth button to open the trip in Google Earth. Than you have two options: - automatic tour - by clicking on the Play Tour button just below the Places tree view. You can configure the delays in the Tools->Options->Touring menu. What this does is create a tour out of a selected folder in the Places tree view. By default it will select Trip entries and Photos. You can select only a specific folder and start the Tour on that. - create a custom tour by clicking on the Add->Tour button and then recording your own custom tour. Don't forget to save the Tour and KML after you are done. best regards, gregor | ||
