| Is the Trackstick II a good unit? or is there something better. I don't want to spend more than $150 if I don't have to. I want something that will work even when it is in my pocket. After I acquire a signal, will I be able to put it in my pocket, or put it in the little seat bag on my bicycle? or will I have to tape it to my handlebars? | ||

| oh, and there is also a USGlobalSat DG-100 GPS Data Logger that I was looking at. It looks a little big though. But the price is great, and it looks like it is Mac compatible. but I run Windows XP on my Mac, so that is no big deal, really. | ||

| HI Chris, I use Qstarz BT-Q1000 which is a great logger. I also tried DG-100 which was fine but unfortunately salt water got to it and it died prematurely (sailing :)). I would say look at the QStarz product list and choose the one which suits you best. | ||

| I use an i-gotU GT-200 (http://www.i-gotu.com/) and I'm pretty happy with it. After reading many reviews, comparing features & prices, I strongly believe its the best for travelling. It costs around 100$, has a configurable interval (I use 20secs which is enough for pics & tracks) and it runs for three days. Known problems are: 1) dead on arrival (happened to a few people in Switzerland) 2) battery died 3) battery not rechargeable (happened to me coz my Samsung NC10 doesnt provide enough power....) Highly recommended! Cheers Andreas | ||
