| I am unable to log out. If I click logout the page refreshes, but I still show as logged in even if I close and reopen the browser. | ||

| hi I have had the same problem, when I want to logout ( close my account ) using IE on any page that I am viewing I click on logout and it seems to do something but comes right back to where I was I have even closed the browser then come back on line and I am still logged into my account. | ||
